أعلنت الرئاسة اللبنانية أن وفداً عسكرياً سيلتقي ممثلين إسرائيليين وأميركيين في تامبا بولاية فلوريدا في 20 تشرين الأول، لعرض مطلب لبنان بوقف الاعتداءات، آملةً بنتائج تنسجم مع اتفاق الإطار الموقّع في 26 حزيران، بحسب «رويترز».

وأفادت LBCI بأن إسرائيل نقلت الفرقتين 36 و91 ولواء غولاني إلى الحدود، وأن مسؤولاً إسرائيلياً رفض أي تنازل بشأن الانسحاب أو وقف العمليات أو الإفراج عن الأسرى، فيما وصف مسؤولون إسرائيليون الاجتماع بأنه «شكلي إلى حد كبير».
