O Banque du Liban estuda elevar os limites de saque das circulares 158 e 166, segundo fontes citadas pela LBCI. A decisão cabe ao Conselho Central.

As fontes ressaltam que as reservas pertencem aos depositantes e que devolvê-las «não é favor de ninguém».
