The US Supreme Court on November 2 rejected the Trump administration’s request to make California segregate mail ballots linked to about 20,000 people it alleged were likely noncitizens, AP and NPR report. California officials disputed the list’s reliability. AP reports no public dissent and no detailed explanation. The decision does not establish the voters’ citizenship.
