Lebanese in France mark 13 October with a Mass in Marseille

The Rassemblement pour le Liban remembered the soldiers and civilians killed on 13 October 1990.

The Rassemblement pour le Liban in France held a Mass in Marseille to commemorate 13 October 1990, when Syrian forces overran the last positions of the Lebanese army loyal to the government in Baabda, tayyar.org reported.

The anniversary is marked every year by Lebanese communities in France and around the world in memory of the soldiers and civilians who died, and of a struggle for sovereignty that continues today.
