O vice-primeiro-ministro Tarek Mitri disse à Al Jazeera que alguns países ligam a ajuda ao Líbano a reformas, ao monopólio estatal das armas e à volta ao Estado da decisão de guerra e paz, segundo a LBCI.

Segundo a Al-Markazia, ele também disse que não há avanço nesse dossiê e que o Líbano pediu ao Irã que nomeie um novo embaixador em Beirute. A Al Jazeera o cita: o Líbano está preso entre as condições de Israel e as do Hezbollah.

São declarações relatadas pela imprensa; o pedido do embaixador foi citado por um só veículo.
