Oil sell-off deepens as US stock futures rise in Monday trading
November 2 morning snapshots show a sharper fall than the overnight retreat.
Reuters reported Brent down 5.9% to $106.76 and S&P 500 futures up 0.49% at 8:50 a.m. Eastern on November 2. AP separately reported an early-session US stock rebound, with Brent at $106.65, down 5.9%. Both linked the moves to hopes for Iran diplomacy.
