Bachar Mar-Khalifé plays Christophe at Théâtre de la Bastille

Lebanese pianist and singer Bachar Mar-Khalifé brings his tribute to the late French singer Christophe to the Théâtre de la Bastille for a five-night run, from Tuesday 3 to Saturday 7 November, with each show starting at 8:30 pm.

He reworks Christophe's songs in a pared-back style at the piano and slips in some of his own pieces too. Dogan Poyraz plays drums and percussion and Aleksander Angelov plays bass. The show runs about 1 hour 20 minutes and is co-presented with Astérios Spectacles.
