قطر تموّل محطة طاقة شمسية في لبنان دون كلفة على الدولة

سلام: المشروع لن يرتّب أعباءً على الخزينة، وسيُعرض على مجلس الوزراء قريباً.

أعلن رئيس الحكومة نواف سلام أن قطر ستموّل وتنفّذ وتشغّل محطة كبيرة للطاقة الشمسية في لبنان، خلال زيارة رئيس وزراء قطر الشيخ محمد بن عبد الرحمن آل ثاني إلى بيروت في 16 تشرين الأول.

وبحسب الجزيرة وذا ناشيونال، اتفقت «قطر للطاقة» مع «توتال إنرجي» الفرنسية على تطوير المحطة كمشروع أول ضمن إطار أوسع للتعاون في الطاقة، ولن تتحمل الدولة اللبنانية أي كلفة.

وقال سلام إنه سيعرض خطط قطاع الكهرباء على مجلس الوزراء قريباً. ولم تحدد التقارير القدرة أو الجدول الزمني أو الكلفة الإجمالية، وتبقى هذه التفاصيل غير مؤكدة.

وتُعدّ كهرباء لبنان من أكبر أعباء المالية العامة؛ وكهرباء أرخص وأكثر استقراراً تفيد الأسر والشركات، شرط الشفافية والإقرار عبر المؤسسات.
